Lifestyles and Bowel Cancer Treatment

What can you do to improve the effectiveness of your treatment?

When we are diagnosed with bowel cancer we tend to surrender ourselves to the medical system – they have the essential tools to cure us. This can lead to feeling of powerlessness and subsequent mental health issues.

In reality there are practical things we can do the help improve our recovery and the effectiveness of the treatment.

Changing your daily routine and learning new behaviours could make all of the difference.

We are building a library of lifestyle advice on these pages to help you.
